Suspension rattle in my 2013 Sorento after hitting a curb they replaced the strut and mount and a realignment, i didn't think cars needed alignments any more but it made a big difference in ride quality also David Chang the service rep took care of some recall stuff I didn't even know about good social distancing with plexiglas screens made appointment on line and David had everything ready when I arrived no waiting
Shwan is one of the best customer representatives to help you out when you take your car in. He always lets you know exactly what is wrong with the car and how much it will be up front. There are never any hidden costs. If you need to be there for a longer time, he makes sure to tell you and/or find you car loaner. He is very courteous and professional. I’ve have going there for 8 years.
