I recently had a great experience at Beyer Kia getting my car serviced. David Chang, my service representative was great! I ended up having trouble jump starting my car from home to get to my service appointment and he tried to help me with that over the phone. Purchased my 2019 Kia Stinger Gt2 from Beyer Kia. Was supper happy with the overall experience. Took the car into get its first service today and dealt with David in the service department. I went for a regular car service earlier this week. It was great to see how they have adopted a good safety protocol! The car service was excellent - a consistent experience. Shawn took care of everything from taking the car in, providing service advice and keeping me informed. Altogether great customer service and quality service for the car. Highly recommendable.
