I had an appointment, was served on arrival, work was done as estimated. I left the car, and was dropped off at the Metro. My pick up was equally painless, picked me up at the Metro and my car was washed and ready for me.
My experience at Beyer Kia Falls Church was great. I thought that I would need a tire replacement because a nail was lodged on the outside of the tire tread but the technician was able to remove the nail without incident. This saved me the cost of a new tire. The customer service was great as well. I would recommend Beyer Kia Falls Church to all Kia customers. I booked my 22,500 maintenance checkup via the internet.
I had a very easy and streamlined car buying experience working with Omar and Bobby this week. I used a car buying service through my credit union, then Omar reached out directly (along with a few other dealerships). I went to Beyer for my initial visit because my dad had had a good experience there. As a first time car buyer, I was a little nervous (because of the reputation that car dealerships in general have), but it was pretty pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was responsive, warm, polite, and knowledgeable. The people were quick to offer information for me to consider, but left each decision up to me and did not push after I gave a response. It was not the high stress experience that I had been dreading when I started thinking about buying a car. I was able to test drive two different versions of the model that I was considering, which helped me figure out what was most important to me in a car. It was very low pressure. I was allowed to test drive with a family member along and since we know the area, no one from the dealer joined us. They were happy to give lots of information without giving me a hard sell. In my initial visit, there was a wait that was about 35 minutes longer than expected between the test drives and receiving a quote on the specific car I liked. They mentioned that they were slightly understaffed unexpectedly that day, and it was a Saturday afternoon, so there were a lot of people there. Beyer gave me the best quote out of the four dealerships I was talking to. I was able to take that quote to my credit union for a loan. I came back to sign the paperwork and give them the check—including another quick test drive, it was about 2-2.5 hours to wrap everything up (faster than I had anticipated). I’m very pleased with my new car.
We brought in our KIA for a 75K service and front end alignment after being run off the road and hitting a curb which resulted rwo o tires having to be replaced. AAA towed the car to one of their repair shops and replaced two tires so the car was driveable, but we were not told about the under carriage damage. A few days later when the car was brought in to Don Beyer KIA in Falls Church, the mechanic informed us we had front end damage and the car was unsafe to drive. Why AAA did not inform us of the damage or even told us to get the car checked is incomprehensible. In any event the Beyer Dealership ordered the parts the same day and two days later the car repairs weer completed on time and at a very reasonable price.
